Supply Chain Collaboration

Sharing trucks, facilities or waterway locks can cut costs and emissions for everyone involved, but only if the partners trust that the gains are shared fairly. I build optimisation models that put the individual objectives of each partner inside collaborative planning problems. Applications range from vehicle routing and facility location to speed and lock scheduling on inland waterways, and I design gain-sharing mechanisms that keep the collaboration stable.
